Dr. Aalya Al-Shabander is Jordan and Arab Board-Certified dermatologist practicing in Abu Dhabi since 2016. Originally from Iraq, Dr. Al-Shabander graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology, then successfully completed the accreditation for the Medical Council of Canada for general physicians in Montreal-Canada. Later on, she completed her specialty degree at King Abdullah University Hospital in Jordan.

Dr. Al-Shabander has extensive training and experience in all aspects of clinical and cosmetic dermatology, skin laser therapy and dermatologic surgery. She’s an expert in the field of non-invasive and non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatments. She specializes in a variety of cosmetic dermatology treatments including minimally invasive thread lifting, injectable fillers and botulinum toxins, chemical peeling, Sclerotherapy, HIFU, micro-needling radiofrequency, Regenera (progenitor cells and growth factors extraction for tissue regeneration), Q-switched laser, and fractional ablative and non-ablative lasers.

Dr. Aalya Al-Shabander enjoys researching new medical advancement in the dermatology field, and continuously attends international conferences in UAE and Europe to offer the most advanced treatments to her patients.
